We’re seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to grow their career in sales and customer relationship management. While a background in the adult beverage industry is a plus, it’s not required – we’ll provide on-the-job training to set you up for success.

This is a full-time, in-office position located at our sales office in Indianapolis.


What You’ll Do:

As a key part of our Sales team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting customer onboarding, including account creation and management in NetSuite.
  • Managing sales opportunities end-to-end, from new program introductions to seasonal buys.
  • Facilitating item setup via customer portals to meet program deadlines.
  • Collaborating with Demand and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment of customer purchase orders.
  • Acting as a liaison between internal teams (Product/Brand Managers, Supply Chain, Operations) and external partners to ensure seamless operations.
  • Troubleshooting customer account and order issues to ensure exceptional service.
  • Providing data reports, insights, and ad hoc searches to support the sales team.
  • Staying updated on sales trends and contributing to targeted sales strategies.
  • Keeping the team informed about new product launches and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Communicating directly with customers via phone and email to address inquiries and build relationships.
  • Contributing to team projects and process improvements.


What We’re Looking For:

We’re searching for candidates with:

  • A high school diploma (Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a sales support or project management role (National Accounts experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in software systems such as G-Suite or MS Office; familiarity with NetSuite or similar ERP tools is a bonus.
  • Experience with tools like Asana or Domo (preferred but not required).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A knack for multitasking, prioritizing, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach to problem-solving and teamwork.
