We are seeking an NAT Sales Support Specialist to join our national sales team. We are looking for a team player with a background in the adult beverage industry. Strong knowledge of wine, beer, and spirits products and production is preferred but not required.

This role will help with all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the NAT Sales department. This role reports to the B2B Merch Director and works closely with other NAT Sales Support Specialist, as well as our Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, highly organized, and loves to speak to customers on the phone. This candidate would have an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and customer relationship management, with the potential to grow into a more advanced position in the company. This is an entry-level, full-time position in a dynamic, creative environment.

This position is a hybrid role and will be based out of our Seattle office in Fremont, and will be expected to report to the office a minimum of 3 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain customer onboarding documentation, NetSuite account creation, and management
  • Support opportunity management end-to-end including new program introduction, inline replenishment, and one-time/seasonal buys
  • Facilitate new item set-up via various customer portals/processes in time to meet opportunity program deadlines
  • Oversee order entry team processes, active sales orders progression, and mitigate delays as possible
  • Coordination with Demand and Supply Chain team to ensure fulfillment on customer PO's
  • Serve as a liaison between various internal and external teams including Product/Brand Managers, Supply Chain, Vendors, Operations, and Accounts Receivable 
  • Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issues
  • Provide sales team with data reports and ad hoc NetSuite searches as needed
  • Identify and keep up with sales trends and work with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
  • Keep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to date
  • Identify opportunities for improvement in sales practices and participate in implementing changes
  • Communicate with customers on various needs and inquiries as needed
  • Perform other duties as needed to support the sales team

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma is required but an Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
  • Minimum one-year experience working in a sales support role and/or sales project management, preferably with National Accounts  
  • Proficiency in computer software systems including G-Suite and/or MS Office
  • Experience with NetSuite or similar CRM preferred
  • Experience with project management/analytics tools similar to Asana or Domo 
  • Working knowledge of customer relationship management software
  • Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Confidence in participating within a team on projects and process improvements
  • Ability to stay motivated and task-driven in a work from home environment
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to an ever-changing work environment
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Knowledge of sales practices and efficient customer service techniques
  • Ability to interpret sales metrics and perform data entry
  • High-level attention to detail
