We’re currently looking for a National Key Accounts Sales Manager to leverage existing and build strong relationships with national and regional retail gift and specialty accounts, including grocery, and department stores. This role will focus on driving revenue growth by developing customized sales strategies tailored to each client’s needs.

 
This is a hybrid role and candidates will be required to commute to our Seattle office a minimum of 2 days a week. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies for national and key retail accounts to achieve sales targets.
  • Perform quarterly and monthly business reviews
  • Analyze sales data to evaluate market opportunities and implement action plan to secure placement
  • Maximize data insights to optimize merchandising and product solutions for clients.
  • Leverage, build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to drive long-term business growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Design, and Operations teams to create effective seasonal promotions and marketing programs.
  • Oversee and ensure smooth operations in partnership with the Warehouse team to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor industry trends, using insights to stay ahead of market demands and leverage emerging opportunities.
  • Attend key trade shows, sales meetings, conferences, and business events to promote True Brands’ offerings (15-20% travel required).
Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in National account management, with at least 2 years in key account or corporate sales.
  • Proven experience selling to large National Specialty Accounts, Department Stores and Specialty Grocery customers..
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiastic and collaborative team player with a passion for innovative solutions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google products, comfortable with web-based technology platforms.
Additional Qualifications:
  • Trade show experience.
  • Experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Housewares, or the Wine & Spirits industry.
  • Prior experience working in a fast-growing company where you contributed innovative ideas.
