Outside Sales Account Executive - Wine & Spirits
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on building and maintaining relationships with liquor store accounts. This role involves direct sales, account management, and market development in a dynamic environment.
We're currently hiring experienced Outside Reps in all major metropolitan areas across the country.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect and Acquire New Accounts: Identify potential liquor stores and other retail opportunities to establish new business relationships through networking and cold calling.
- Manage Existing Accounts: In collaboration with inside support, maintain and grow relationships with current clients by providing exceptional service, understanding their needs, and offering tailored solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our product offerings to effectively communicate benefits and value to clients.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase new and existing products.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges within the liquor store / makers segment.
- Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM software.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing and distribution teams to ensure effective relationship management, product placement and promotional activities.
- Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback to help inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in outside sales.
- Strong negotiation and problem solving skills
- Experience in the adult beverage or retail industry is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable strategies.
- Proficiency in using Netsuite ERP & HubSpot CRM software, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of liquor laws and regulations is a plus.
- Valid drivers license and reliable personal transportation.
Working Conditions:
- This role requires travel within the assigned territory, including driving to client locations.
- Overnight travel up to 50% using various transportation methods within defined territory
- This role will require 10-20% work from home office. Candidates must have ability to be productive in home office environment.
- Flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends as needed for client meetings or events.
- Frequently lifts & moves up to 35 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds.
- This role requires the use of technology, and multiple communication methods. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to be versatile in an ever-changing environment.

- $50,000 + per year
- Uncapped commission + a base salary of $50,000
