Machine Operator
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our Customization Department. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a variety of printing equipment, including digital printers, laser engravers, and other specialty printing machinery. This role is critical to ensuring the high-quality production of customized products and requires a commitment to precision, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate digital, laser, and other specialty printing equipment with a high level of proficiency and accuracy.
- Perform setup and calibration of machines for specific printing tasks, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor production to identify and correct any issues that may arise, maintaining the highest standards of quality.
- Perform regular maintenance on machinery, including cleaning and replacing parts as needed, to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition.
- Collaborate with the design and production teams to understand project specifications and to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment in accordance with company and industry standards.
- Keep detailed records of production, including materials used, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered.

- $15.00 to $17.00 per hour DOE experience
