Production Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Production Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Production Coordinator, you will report directly to the Production Manager and play a crucial role in the smooth execution of daily production activities. You will be responsible for coordinating various aspects of production, ensuring that timelines, resources, and budgets are adhered to while maintaining the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production Manager in planning and coordinating production schedules, ensuring that deadlines are met.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure that all materials, equipment, and resources are in place.
- Track production progress, manage inventory, and update status reports as necessary.
- Handle logistical coordination including transportation, shipping, and receiving of materials and equipment.
- Maintain production documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
- Monitor daily production activities to resolve any issues or obstacles quickly and efficiently.
- Provide administrative support to the production team as needed, including managing meetings and schedules.
- Ensure health and safety protocols are followed on set or in production environments.
- Proven experience as a Production Coordinator or similar role in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, and other relevant tools.
- A proactive problem-solver with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of production processes and logistics is a plus.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous printing experience in screen and digital printing preferred.
