We are looking for a Receiving Coordinator who takes pride in being the "Gatekeeper" of our inventory. If you are a high-energy professional who loves a structured environment and hates a messy spreadsheet, we want to talk to you.

The Mission (Key Responsibilities):
- The Dock Authority: Own the inbound process. Accurately receive, account for, and palletize all incoming goods.
- Quality Control: Act as the "Eagle Eye"—inspecting shipments for damage and verifying quantities against purchase orders.
- Digital Accuracy: Keep our Warehouse Management System (WMS) updated in real-time so our sales team knows exactly what we have in stock.
- Collaboration: Work alongside warehouse leads and supervisors to solve discrepancies and optimize storage staging.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Experience: 2–4 years in a warehouse, receiving, or logistics role.
- Tech Savvy: You’re comfortable with WMS equipment and data entry.
- The "Accuracy" Mindset: You notice the one missing box in a shipment of a hundred.
- Reliability: You understand that the entire supply chain starts with you doing it right the first time.
- Physical Readiness: Ability to unload trucks, palletize, and stay active throughout the shift.
