Warehouse Supervisor
True Brands is currently hiring for an on-site Warehouse Supervisor. The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a warehouse and monitoring the productivity of its staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversees warehouse operations.
- Be the subject matter expert on our warehouse management system (WMS).
- Hires and manages warehouse associates.
- Organizes and leads warehouse trainings.
- Follows the standard operating procedures (SOP).
- Sets the shift schedule and daily assignments.
- Develops and improves warehouse processes and procedures.
- Supervises packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added services activities.
- Completes packaging, receiving, shipping, and value-added service tasks as needed.
- Tracks in-bound and out-bound inventory.
- Collaborates with the customer service team and other departments.
- Escalates issues to managers and recommends potential solutions.
- Ensures the team follows company policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail.
- Able to handle multiple priorities in a timely and efficient manner.
- Excellent time management skills and must be able to meet deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficient with data entry and inventory software and systems.
- Bilingual in Spanish preferred
Compensation & Benefits:
- $50,000-$65,000 depending on experience level
