Screen Print Operator - Day Shifts Available
We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Screen Print Operator to join our Customization Department. In this role, you’ll be responsible for operating and maintaining screen printing equipment to produce high-quality, customized products. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate screen printing equipment with precision and accuracy.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines for specific print jobs to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production runs to ensure top-notch quality, making adjustments as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning and replacing parts, to keep equipment in excellent condition.
- Collaborate with design and production teams to meet project specs and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Keep detailed records of materials used, maintenance performed, and any issues encountered.
Qualifications:
- 1+ years screen print experience (required)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Basic math skills and mechanical aptitude.
- Familiarity with core computer programs and a willingness to learn new systems.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset for process improvement.
Shift Available:
- Day Shift: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
- $17.00 to $19.00 per hour DOE experience
